"Bulgasal" actress Gong Seung Yeon sat down with Cosmopolitan Korea for an interview, where she talked about the birthday gift her sister and TWICE member Jeongyeon wanted to receive on her special day.

Gong Seung Yeon won the Best New Actress Award at the 42nd Blue Dragon Film Awards in November for her film "Aloners." The celebrity mentioned it was her first-ever magazine interview since winning the award, and it still feels surreal for her to be able to share some of her personal stories.
She began by expressing her gratitude for winning an award last year. Seung Yeon is already looking forward to more opportunities in her acting career in the future.
Meanwhile, apart from being a good actress, Gong Seung Yeon is known for being a very supportive sister of Jeongyeon, a talented member of the famous K-pop girl group TWICE.
She lives with Jeongyeon and said that once she gets home, Jeongyeon is always busy with her idol schedules so it was hard for them to always see each other. The "Are You Human" star revealed that lying down and watching Netflix series are the things she mostly enjoys at home after her tiring work.
The 28-year-old actress shared a funny story between her and Jeongyeon. According to her, the TWICE member's birthday was already approaching, and Seung Yeon asked her sister what kind of present she wanted to receive.
She didn't expect the answer of her sister, making her laugh. Jeongyeon replied to her that she wants Gong Seung Yeon to leave their house.
The "My Shy Boss" actress explained that they loved to tease each other and are comfortable just being together.

Meanwhile, Seung Yeon currently appears in tvN's "Bulgasal," alongside Lee Jin Wook, Kwon Nara, and Lee Joon. Apart from the drama, the actress is already preparing for her next series "Police Station Next to the Fire Station" and will act together with Kim Rae Won.

Seung Yeon said that she started buying medical and emergency books to study her next drama character. The actress also shared she tried to practice some of the paramedic procedures with her sister Jeongyeon as preparation for her next role.
