The actor is currently starring in the drama "Thirty-Nine" with Son Ye Jin, Jeon Mi Do and Kim Ji Hyun. The drama tells the stories of three 39-year-old best friends and their struggles, unexpected problems and victories in their daily lives.
Since the drama is a pre-recorded work, they finished filming it prior to the much anticipated premiere. Yeon Woo Jin described the drama as "a story of living during a confusing stage in life, between being carefree and complete, mature adults."
