Han So Hee is successfully reaping the rewards of her hard work after purchasing a luxury apartment.
For the past few years, the 27-year-old beauty solidified her status, from being a rookie actress to rising star and now one of the sought-after female leads in K-dramaland.
After her breakthrough performance in the hit series "The World of the Married," where she played the role of young mistress Yeo Da Kyung, she headlined the webtoon-based Kdrama "Nevertheless" with Song Kang.
It was then followed by another blockbuster series, "My Name," where Han So Hee gained praise for her portrayal of Yoon Ji Woo, a revenge-driven woman, alongside Park Hee Soo and Ahn Bo Hyun.
Interestingly, with all her top-rating series, the "Money Flower" star knew where to properly invest her millions.
Han So Hee joins a slew of South Korean stars who are investing in real estate and in her case, she recently bought a luxury property outside Seoul.

According to various media outlets, the 27-year-old star reportedly acquired an extravagant property in Achiwul Village, located in Gyumon-dong, Guri-si.
Known for its peaceful scenery, the area is located 15 to 30 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Seoul.

And as expected, Han So Hee's new home has a whopping tag price.
Per outlets, the luxury apartment is valued at USD 1.63 million or KRW 1.96 billion which she reportedly bought in cash and without taking out a loan.
Reports also cited that she made a downpayment in December 2021 and entirely bought it on February 15, 2022.
What makes the affluent neighborhood one of a kind is that it is close to nature and surrounded by mountains.
Interestingly, the Achiwul Village, which only has 16 villas, is home to South Korea's A-listers, including Oh Yeon Seo, Park Jin Young, and the soon-to-wed couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin.

According to an exclusive report from ilyo, the "Crash Landing on You" stars purchased a 2,500 square feet penthouse that cost 4.8 billion KRW or USD 4,291,475, which reportedly will serve as their marital home.
As for Han So Hee, it is safe to say that the Achiwul Village will be her new property investment or probably use it as her new abode.

From new homes to new dramas, Han So Hee is set to star in multiple K-dramas this 2022.
The 27-year-old beauty will headline the upcoming romance series "Soundtrack #1" together with Park Hyung Sik. Scheduled to debut in March, fans can't wait to witness the on-screen chemistry of the lead stars.
