Hollywood stars lit the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica on February 28 as the annual ceremony commemorated the best of the best in tv and film.
Before the ceremony, celebrities strutted the red carpet, showing their jaw-dropping looks.
Voted as one of the best dressed stars of the evening, Jung Ho Yeon's Louis Vuitton dress reportedly took hundreds of hours to make.
The Story Behind Jung Ho Yeon's SAG Awards 2022 Look
In a red carpet interview, as noted by YTN Star, the rookie actress revealed that she personally requested to incorporateSouth Korean culture in her ensemble, hence the daenggi hairstyle.
It is a traditional Korean ribbon used to decorate braided hair.
As explained by Jung Ho Yeon's agency, Saram Entertainment, on their official Instagram page, the hair accessory was "made with the same fabric of dress" as "Hoyeon's special request to Louis Vuitton."
Apart from her homage to South Korea, the intricate long black dress reportedly took a total of 210 hours to create.
According to outlets, the details were made with a meticulous process. The heavily beaded dress, which includes embroidery, silver beads and crystals, took an additional 110 hours.
Capping off the look, the model-actress harmonized the dress with head-to-toe Louis Vuitton pieces - from the earrings, rings and a pair of strappy high heels.
Apart from rookie actress, his "Squid Game" co-star Park Hae Soo also attended the 28th Screen Actors Guild Awards wearing a Louis Vuitton black tuxedo.

To recall, the French high-end luxury fashion house announced in October 2021 that Jung Ho Yeon is the newest Louis Vuitton's Global Ambassador for fashion, watches and jewelry.
According to Harper's Bazaar, the brand's Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquière "immediately fell in love with HoYeon's great talent and fantastic personality," adding that he is "looking forward" to her years of journey with Louis Vuitton.
As for the 27-year-old beauty, she shared that it is an "honor" to start her acting career with the brand and was also "looking forward to all the moments with Louis Vuitton as a global ambassador," she mentioned in a press release, as cited by People.

The annual ceremony's main highlight is the major awards that the "Squid Game" team won.
For the 28th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, the Netflix series took home Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Television Series, Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series for Jung Ho Yeon and Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series for Lee Jung Jae.
During her acceptance speech, the rookie actress got emotional as she thanked everyone who showed support for "Squid Game."
