According to an outlet, Kim Sejeong's plastic surgery speculation dates back in 2017, when she landed her first-ever K-drama lead, "School 2017," with Han Sun Hwa, Kim Jung Hyun, and more.
The former member of the girl group Gugudan reportedly had her eyelids enhanced.
Interestingly, one of the most common surgeries in Asia, particularly in South Korea, is Blepharoplasty, or the process of changing Asian eyelids known as monolid by making it as a double eyelid.
Kim Sejeong Addressed Accusations Regarding Face Enhancement Surgeries
Following the rumors about her appearance, the singer-actress set the record straight and denied that she had undergone any plastic surgeries.
As obtained by a media outlet, Kim Sejeong appeared as a guest in " Happy Together 3" in 2017, where she revealed her true feelings regarding the issue.
The former idol-turned actress emphasized that her eyes are natural. Moreover, she also confessed that the plastic surgery issues made her upset. She pointing out how beautiful her eyes are, adding, "It's the eyes that my mom gave me."

In addition, Kim Sejeong also shared a funny scenario she did to convince people that she is all-natural. It was that one time when she pretended to be a friend and left comments from a post criticizing her for getting double eyelid surgery.
