Yoon Eun Hye Talks About 'Coffee Prince'

In the recent episode broadcast of "Radio Star," Yoon Eun Hye made a special guest alongside Myung Se Bin, idol-actress Bona, and comedian Heo Gyung Hwan.

There, the actress talked about the classic megahit "Coffee Prince," where she starred alongside Gong Yoo, Kim Jae Wook and more. She played the role of Go Eun Chan, who dresses like a man to land a job. 

Eun Hye looked back to her iconic kiss scene in the romance drama. The conversation started as the topic centered around "first love." The actress shared she never had an exact image of what a first love looks like, but through her years of acting, she considers work as her first love.

While talking about her previous works, Yoon Eun Hye confessed "Coffee Prince" is the only series she can't watch because of the sensual kiss scene! 

At first, the "I Miss You" star was worried about playing the role because she had to cut her hair short, which was new to her at that time.

The actress continued by sharing that her character as Go Eun Chan was more intense than she thought, particularly in the kiss scene with Gong Yoo. She describes the scene as too racy.

However, the drama received positive reviews from critics and took home multiple awards. It even gained high ratings during its run.

Ju Ji Hoon and Yoon Eun Hye's Public Kiss in 'Princess Hours'

Apart from "Coffee Prince," the "Lie To Me" star also mentioned her debut drama "Princess Hours," where she teamed up with Ju Ji Hoon. Since both were still rookies at the time, they simply followed what the director told them.

According to her, she enjoyed filming the series because she played the role of a student and was able to wear the high school uniform, spend time with friends, and do other things a normal student experiences during teenage years.

She then brought up her kiss scene with Ju Ji Hoon, which was taken in the busy streets of Myeongdong. They didn't know where the cameras were, the two just followed what the director told them and kissed in the middle of Myeongdong.

People who saw them displayed genuine reactions, which made the scene more realistic.
