'Tomorrow' Episode 12: Will Kim Hee Sun, Rowoon Save Yun Ji On's Love One?
"Tomorrow" episode 12 continued to uncover the story of Yun Ji On with the help of Kim Hee Sun and Rowoon.
As the action-fantasy drama slowly unravels the past lives of grim reapers, viewers' ratings slightly dip from its previous episode.
'Tomorrow' Viewership Rating
According to Nielsen Korea, "Tomorrow" episode 12 slid to an average nationwide rating of 2.7 percent.
The MBC drama continued to drop its viewership rating ahead of its finale.
For episode 11, "Tomorrow" got an average nationwide rating of 2.9 percent.
'Tomorrow' Episode 12 Recap: Im Ryung Goo's New Department
After leaving the Risk Management Team, Im Ryung Goo (Yun Ji On) is now a member of the Jumadeung Sales Team.
His role is to get the person to sign a contract before they get reincarnated, which means they connect with the human through their dreams.
Little did he know that he'll get reunited with his mother through his new department.
Choi Joon Woong and Goo Ryeon Get Their New Case
In "Tomorrow" episode 12, a familiar person becomes their new subject.
Choi Joon Woong (Rowoon) was surprised to see his alarm with the name of Ryung Goo's mother Lim Yoo Hwa (Min Ji Ah). He and the Risk Management Team head, Goo Ryeon, investigate the case by pretending to be the store's part-timers.
In one scene, the two grim reapers learn that Yoo Hwa lost her child a few weeks ago and is having a hard time coping; this is also why she has suicidal tendencies.
"Tomorrow" episode 12 also illustrates how she lost her baby. It came after a rude customer pushed her, which caused her miscarriage.
Lim Yoo Hwa blamed herself for losing her daughter, which she calls Honeybee, even before she was born.
To cope with loneliness, she takes sleeping pills and uses her dreams to fulfill being a mother to Honeybee.

Fortunately, Choi Joon Woong was able to see a pack of sleeping pills beside her and rushed her to the nearest hospital.
Im Ryung Goo Reunites With His Mother
Episode 12 also highlights the reunion between Ryung Goo and Lim Yoo Hwa.
With Goo Ryeung's struggle to convince Yoo Hwa that it was only a dream, the young grim reaper intervened and tried to pursue his mother.
Thankfully she was able to survive it and was able to get out of the hospital in no time.
While spending time at the beach, Ryung Goo took a chance to talk to his mother. He used his special towards to make Yoo Hwa see her past, which includes being the dotting mother to Im Ryung Goo.
He also apologizes for what he has done and promises to look after his mother.
Moreover, he also promised that Im Ryung Goo would meet Honeybee in another life.
