With his newfound fame, Oh Young Soo was reportedly courted by brands to be their endorser, but the veteran actor declined. He even turned down interviews after his record-breaking achievement.

According to one outlet, he politely refused the offer by Korean fried chicken brand Kkanbu Chicken to endorse their brand saying that he wanted to focus on acting.

On the other hand, with his decades-long career as an actor both in theater and in the small screen, reports noted that Oh Young Soo's net worth is around 3 to 4 million USD.
