Son Seok Koo To Headline New Film 'Troll Farm'

Following "My Liberation Notes," Son Seok Koo is given multiple projects this year, much to fans' delight!

On July 28, it was reported that Son Seok Koo received an offer to headline the upcoming film "Troll Farm" (literal title) and is currently reviewing it.

The film is based on the novel of the same name written by Jang Kang Myung. The story follows the National Intelligence Service's (NIS) illegal manipulation case based on a troll farm that twists public opinion through posting malicious comments.

Son Seok Koo's role in the film hasn't been disclosed yet, but Ahn Kook Jin, the creator of "Alice In Earnestland" and "SF8," is said to be holding the megaphone throughout the filming.

Son Seok Koo will reprise his role as a cast member of the international hit series along with Jung Hae In, Koo Kyo Hwan, Kim Sung Kyun, Ji Jin Hee, and Kim Ji Hyun.

The Netflix series "D.P." is a military drama that follows two arrest team members who are set to catch deserters and end up on an adventurous journey.

Because of the critical acclaim and positive feedback from the public, the series was renewed for a new, bolder, and greater season.

"D.P." Season 2 is currently in the works. The script reading and principal filming of the series began in May 2022.

Furthermore, it is expected to be released on Netflix in the second half of 2023.
