Han So Hee got her fans worried after the actress updated her millions of followers on Instagram with a close-up photo of herself. It came weeks after the "My Name" star had an injury on the set of her upcoming K-drama "Gyeongseong Creature" also known as "K Project."
Following Han So Hee's accident, the 27-year-old beauty shared a selfie, flaunting her stunning visuals. However, fans got worried as they noticed the actress' noticeably slender body.
Han So Hee's Instagram Update Sparks Worries Among Fans
In Han So Hee's Instagram post, the actress wore a black top with a square neckline, exposing her sexy collarbone and lean arms.
Unfortunately, her recent post sparked worries as fans asked in the comment section if the actress is okay.
It can be recalled that the actress had a brief hiatus as she is set to undergo recovery due to the incident that happened on the set of her new drama.
At the time, Han So Hee's agency 9ato Entertainment shared that the actress did not have a major injury but had to halt her filming schedule as she had to take sufficient rest.
"Fortunately, she didn't need surgery, and she's being treated with recovery tape," the agency said, as obtained by a media outlet, adding that the actress still has bruises around her eyes.

As for the upcoming K-drama, "Gyeongseong Creature" was filmed without Han So Hee.
A week after the incident, the actress updated her fans via group chat and assured everyone that she is well and recovering.
"I'm okay. I am spending my time at home resting well and drawing, and it's been a while since I've had some time for myself," she said and teased fans that she "has something else to share" in the future.

Fans Worry About Han So Hee's 'Bizarre' Artworks
Besides the weight loss, fans were also worried after the actress posted bizarre artworks on Instagram.
Some think that it might have a deeper meaning since the drawings feature a human with dog features and tied on a leash, while others illustrate body parts with red liquid like blood.
In the comment section, fans expressed their concern by asking, "Is this SOS?" while some wrote, "I don't know what that means? I think the picture has a story behind it."

As mentioned, "Gyeongseong Creature" is her upcoming project after the rom-com series "Soundtrack #1" with Park Hyung Sik.
Han So Hee stars alongside Park Seo Joon as they team up for the thriller drama helmed by "Hot Stove League" and "It's Okay to Not be Okay" director Jung Dong Yoon.
