On Ma Eum (Kim Sejeong) and Seok Ji Hyung (Choi Daniel) do their best to make Na Gang Nam (Im Chul Soo) stay in Neon Webtoon.

With the success of keeping the hotshot webtoon artist, Jang Man Chul (Park Ho San) assigns On Ma Eum and Goo Joon Young (Nam Yoon Su) to do a webtoon remake of a classic comic.

'Today's Webtoon' Episode 9: Goo Joon Young Subtly Confesses To On Ma Eum
In episode 9 of "Today's Webtoon," On Ma Eum pays extra attention to her rookie artist Sin Dae Ryug in order to deliver him from harm.

Sin Dae Ryug also asks for On Ma Eum's forgiveness and promises to do better. He also confesses that he thinks highly of the latter, as she's the only one who believed in him and his skills.
Moreover, Sin Dae Ryug's eerie and disturbing webtoon entitled "Weapon Feeb" is successfully published, garnering millions of views and positive feedback.
Sin Dae Ryug's worries are temporarily set aside due to his immense happiness, and thanks On Ma Eum for her eternal support.

Goo Joon Young's rookie artist Lee Woo Jin (Jang Sung Yoon) also debuted on Neon and captured the attention of many readers.
As things run smoothly, Heo Kwan Young (Ha Do Kwon) doubts Goo Joon Young's cooperation, especially when he sees that the rookie producer evidently enjoys his current job in Neon.

Unfortunately, the artist refuses and asks them to leave. The artist lost his life after becoming addicted to gambling and alcohol, and his pride couldn't accept that his fame had already faded with time.
The Neon Webtoon Service Team convinces Ma Hae Gyu multiple times. With the help of her daughter, they successfully win the artist's approval.

Meanwhile, love blooms between On Ma Eum and Goo Joon Young as the young man develops feelings for the former Judo athlete.
After visiting his deceased sister on her birthday, he seeks On Ma Eum's comfort. He also helps her pick a perfume for her father who's still disheartened for quitting Judo.
When her father refuses the gift, Goo Joon Young asks On Ma Eum to give it to him, subtly confessing his feelings for the latter.
