Jang Dong Yoon officially resumed acting activities and made his first public appearance in the recent "Project Wolf Hunting" press conference, along with co-stars Seo In Guk and Jung So Min.

On August 29, cast members of the action-thriller film "Project Wolf Hunting" attended the press conference held at CGV Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Seo In Guk, Jung So Min, Jang Young Nam, Ko Chang Seok, and Jang Dong Yoon.
This also marked Jang Dong Yoon's first public appearance after almost a year of hiatus. It will be recalled that his drama "Joseon Exorcist" discontinued due to historical distortion issue.
Nonetheless, the actor has a lot in store this 2022 and beyond for fans.
First on the list is "Project Wolf Hunting." Since he was confirmed to join the cast in the last quarter of 2021, many are excited to see the young star share a frame with singer-actor Seo In Guk.

During the event, the "Tale of Nokdu" lead actor shared that he was worried about working on the movie because he looked like a gentle and innocent criminal.
He plays the role of Lee Do Il, a criminal who has returned to Korea. Dong Yoon mentioned that the actors' impressions during the first day of filming were strong. He added that he's a criminal in the film too, but looked the most gentle of them.

Since he wanted to work in an action genre, the Korean star tried to do better. The film follows the survival journey of criminals on a cargo ship who are transported from the Philippines to South Korea.

The movie is expected to meet the viewers in theaters starting September 21. Ahead of its release, the project already added merit to the Korean film industry as the masterpiece received an invitation to attend the Toronto International Film Festival. It has been said that the cast and director will go to the US to attend the prestigious event.
Jang Dong Yoon Returns To Small Screen
After his movie, Jang Dong Yoon is confirmed to star in two dramas. He is set to lead the romance-comedy series "My Man is Cupid," where he will team up for the first time with singer-actress Nana.
He will join the cast of Netflix's upcoming drama "Daily Dose of Sunshine," also known as "Morning Comes To Psychiatric Wards Too."
