‘One Dollar Lawyer’ Captures Namgoong Min, Kim Ji Eun’s First Disastrous Encounter in New Stills
SBS TV's forthcoming comedy series "One Dollar Lawyer" unveiled new stills, capturing lead stars Namgoong Min and Kim Ji Eun's unfortunate first encounter!
The two actors met for the first time a year ago on the set of MBC's "The Veil." The upcoming series marks their second project together.
'One Dollar Lawyer' Highlights Namgoong Min, Kim Ji Eun's Rocky First Meeting
SBS unveiled the first glimpse of Namgoong Min and Kim Ji Eun's relationship in the upcoming court romantic comedy series "One Dollar Lawyer"!
The drama tells the story of Cheon Ji Hoon, played by Namgoong Min, a lawyer who charges a fee of $1 in spite of his top notch skills as a judge advocate.
He is a lawyer who does everything to defend his clients without money and connections. Unlike many others, he is not afraid to take down the rich who use money to escape the law.
Meanwhile, Kim Ji Eun stars as Baek Ma Ri, a member of the "royal family" in the courtroom. She is in the final stages of her training to become a prosecutor.

Baek Ma Ri's life changes when her powerful grandfather orders her to work for Cheon Ji Hoon for a few months.
In the new stills released by SBS, Cheon Ji Hoon and Baek Ma Ri exchange dagger-like gazes on their very first meeting.

While Baek Ma Ri is working, Cheon Ji Hoon enters with a smug appearance, even keeping his sunglasses on inside the room.

When they exchange formalities and introduce themselves, Cheon Ji Hoon smiles at Baek Ma Ri, but she couldn't help but to be infuriated with the former's haughty attitude.
Through the stills, fans' curiosity skyrockets, wondering what happened between the two of them. Viewers are also excited to see how the two will work together despite their intense dislike for one another.
'One Dollar Lawyer' To Deliver Healing Story
Unlike their previous work "The Veil," which tackled betrayal, loss and grief, Namgoong Min and Kim Ji Eun promise to greet fans with a cider-like freshness that they have never shown before.
