Han Ji Eun ‘Surprised’ at Gong Hyo Jin’s True Personality on the Set of ‘Ask the Stars’
Han Ji Eun showered "Ask the Stars" co-star Gong Hyo Jin with good words as she talked about her experience on the set of their upcoming K-drama.
She is among the main characters of the rom-com series, along with the veteran star and Hallyu's heartthrob Lee Min Ho.
As the forthcoming K-drama gears up for its premiere, the 35-year-old actress was stunned at how professional Gong Hyo Jin is while filming "Ask the Stars."
Han Ji Eun Dishes on Gong Hyo Jin's Level of Professionalism on the Set of 'Ask the Stars'
As obtained by a media outlet, Han Ji Eun mentioned that the upcoming K-drama is her second time working with Gong Hyo Jin. Her first was for the 2018 thriller mystery movie "Door Lock."
Four years later, the top star was able to recognize Han Ji Eun during the "Ask the Stars" script reading.
She said that she was "surprised" and "thought she wouldn't remember me because she just worked with me for a short time, but she recognized me on the script reading day of 'Ask the Stars,'" she said.
The encounter made her realize why the public gave her the moniker "Gongvely."
"That's why I became a 'real fan'. I understand why people call her 'Gongvely,'"
Interestingly, the praise didn't stop there as the 35-year-old actress lauded Gong Hyo Jin for professionalism and how she thinks about her co-stars.
