THIS ‘Record of Youth’ Star Gets Praised for Supporting Friend BLACKPINK’s Lisa

While over 20,000 BLINKS attended the concert and fangirled over BLACKPINK, Park Bo Gum was spotted supporting his friend, Lisa during the group's show in Seoul.

The famous girl group had their concert for the "BORN PINK WORLD TOUR" at KSPO DOME in Seoul last October 15 and 16.

Interestingly, apart from the sea of fans, one stood out the most, gaining the attention of BLINKS.

On Twitter, the "Record of Youth" star was seen attending the BLACKPINK concert to show his support for Lisa on the first day of the group's show.

Despite going under the radar with his black and pink-themed dress code as he dons a pink hoodie sweater under a black jacket and pairs it with a black hat, some attendees still noticed that the guy is Park Bo Gum.

Apart from the fan cams, and snaps of BLACKPINK, photos of the actor circulated on social media right after the concert ended, sparking excitement not just among Park Bo Gum's fans but also among BLINKS.

With this, netizens praised the actor for attending the show "well prepared" not only with his black and pink outfit but also bringing his lightstick.

It can be recalled that Bogummy and BLACKPINK's Lisa both attended a Celine fashion show in Paris last June along with BTS member V.

The trio graced the brand's Men's Summer 2023 Fashion Show and became a trending topic online after showing off their oozing visuals.

Interestingly, this is among the actor's public appearances after his official discharge from the military.

What's Next for Park Bo Gum?

In 2020, Park Bo Gum was among the celebrities who enlisted in the military; however, as for the actor, he joined a navy military band.

After two years, he returned to civilian life and had his first public appearance at the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards, gracing the annual event as host.

Bogummy is reunited with Bae Suzy and Shin Dong Yup to host the ceremony.

From then on, the actor continued with his activities, gracing fashion shows, magazine covers and more.

Interestingly, one of his first on-screen appearances was for the variety show "Young Actors' Retreat" along with the star-studded cast members.

For his team, Bo Gum is joined by his "Love in the Moonlight" co-stars Kim Yoo Jung, Jung Jinyoung, Chae Soo Bin, and Kwak Dong Yeon, while other group includes "Itaewon" stars Park Seo Joon, Kwon Nara, Ahn Bo Hyun, Ryu Kyung Soo, and Lee Joo Young and "The Sound of Magic" stars Ji Chang Wook, Choi Sung Eun, Ji Hye Won, Hwang In Yeop, and Kim Bo Yoon.

Apart from the variety show, the actor is set to have his K-drama comeback through a series with IU.

Directed by Kim Won Suk of "Signal" and "The Arthdal Chronicles," both Park Bo Gum and IU are in talks to headline the upcoming K-drama "Life."
