Lee Jae Wook Bags Special Award For Amazing Performance
Lee Jae Wook bags the special award for actors at the 2022 Asia Model Awards earlier this October!
The 24-year-old actor has showcased his talent in acting for the past three years, and has bagged quite the number of awards since then.
On October 16, Lee Jae Wook once again graced the stage after he was named Asia's favorite at the Asia Model Awards 2022.
Lee Jae Wook bagged the Asia Special Award for Actor, thanks to his performance in the international hit series "Alchemy of Souls."
The award is given to the star who is deeply loved in Asia. Previously, Lee Jae Wook stirred quite the buzz in several countries including Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, the Philippines and more as he portrayed the role of Jang Uk in "Alchemy of Souls."

In his acceptance speech, Lee Jae Wook expressed his gratitude to fans and viewers who have supported him throughout his career. He also thanked the cast and crew of "Alchemy of Souls."
"The drama ["Alchemy of Souls"] opened many great doors for me. I want to thank everyone who completes the team, I received this award," Lee Jae Wook said. "The director, staff and everyone, I promise to become a better actor with greater works."
Meanwhile, Lee Jae Wook also received the Global Excellence Award at the Korea Drama Awards 2022.
Lee Jae Wook's Humble Beginnings and Rise To Stardom
The "Alchemy of Souls" made his acting debut in 2018 through the action thriller series "Memories of the Alhambra" with Hyun Bin and Park Shin Hye.
He stole the spotlight as a hacker who has an enigmatic personality, delivering a polarizing performance that was deeply loved by the public.
Soon after, he joined his first ever agency VAST Entertainment which was managed by Hyun Bin. Through this pact, Lee Jae Wook and Hyun Bin created a great chemistry and friendship as senior and junior actors.

Hyun Bin would send support gifts to Lee Jae Wook in his filming sets. Since 2018, Lee Jae Wook showed perfect character immersion in the popular dramas "Search: WWW," "Extraordinary You," "When the Weather Is Fine," "Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol" and more.
After his contract with VAST Entertainment ended, Lee Jae Wook and Hyun Bin's relationship remained the same. In April 2021, the actor signed with C-Jes Entertainment, home to Ryu Jun Yeol, Sol Kyung Gu and more top notch stars.
On the other hand, Lee Jae Wook proved his stable acting skills through "Alchemy of Souls." He will return to the small screen to reprise his role in the second part of the drama which is scheduled to air for the first time on December 10.
