Based on Wikitree on October 30, Korean star Yoon Hong Bin, who attended the Halloween event in Itaewon last October 29, posted on SNS and described his personal experience during the tragic incident, including giving CPR to save someone from the disaster.

He began the statement by writing, "This incident is an event we should share the pain and mourn together."

Hong Bin said that he went to Itaewon to enjoy Halloween for the first time in his life, and yet he experienced a disaster in front of his eyes. The male star admitted he doesn't like going to crowded places, but he thought of wanting to enjoy the festival at least once.

He was excited when he arrived in Itaewon because it will be a new experience for him. Yoon Hong Bin said, "The main street was simply in chaos, and I was pushed around the street with my girlfriend and said dozens of times that it was dangerous."

Policemen Were Not Properly Deployed During the Halloween Festival

According to him, the police were only deployed on the main boulevard, and there were no police officers on the main streets, which made everything chaotic and people were mixed in disorder.

Yoon Hong Bin added that he almost fell a lot of times and the woman next to him fell also but tried to get him up. However, people kept pushing him down because they couldn't see him already due to overpopulation in the area.

He also screamed to be heard yet everyone was already panicking and in chaos at that time.
