'May I Help You' Sees Slight Rise in Ratings
After the decline in viewership ratings, Girl's Day Hyeri and Lee Jun Young's "May I Help You" finally recovered, and even scored a slightly higher rating!
"May I Help You" follows the narrative of a man who does errands for people for a dollar and a woman who grants the wishes of the dead as a funeral director. The two work together to further give satisfactory service to their clients; living or dead.
On Thursday, November 17, "May I Help You" finally released its eighth episode, marking the conclusion of the first half of the drama.
The latest episode scored an average nationwide rating of 2.7%, which is 0.2% higher than its previously recorded rating.
Though the series failed to surpass the highest rating of the series, the production unit believes that "May I Help You" will regain its momentum, and hopefully receive a double digit rating in the second half of broadcast.

Girl's Day Hyeri Praised For Improved Acting in New Fantasy Romance Series
Although Girl's Day Hyeri has a long list of filmography as an actress since she ventured into the entertainment scene, it wasn't until she headlined "May I Help You" that she received positive reviews from the public.
In the drama, Girl's Day Hyeri plays Baek Dong Ju, a funeral director who has the ability to grant wishes of the dead.
Unlike her previous works-which has been criticized for having similar roles of the vivacious and cheery female lead-the actress' new series showcases her versatility and skill to play a melancholic yet still comical character.

Because of this, the public couldn't help but be impressed with Girl's Day Hyeri's improvement. One viewer said that she has finally "bid goodbye" to her "amateurish acting."
