At 28, Seolhyun flourished in her career as an established actress. In an interview with Dazed Korea magazine, she opened up about being single and learning new things about herself.
Seolhyun shared that she became more confident in expressing herself when she stopped being affected by other people's opinions about her. She said, "My job receives a lot of attention so it's natural for people to have their own perspective of me."
She continued, "Rather than paying attention to them, I took my time to understand myself and all of my thoughts, and realized how important it is to love myself."
