'Extraordinary Attorney Woo' Hailed as Best Drama of 2022

The official list of the '10 Best K-Dramas of 2022' has been announced. According to Cine21, 10 series that shone this year.

In particular, it is said that there were a total of 29 film critics, journalists, and TV critics who participated in the selection process.

The selected target is a series aired from December 20, 2021, to December 4 of 2022. This also includes single-act plays.

In addition to Cine21's released report, "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" was chosen as the best drama of the year, beating two popular series "My Liberation Notes" in third place and "Little Women" in second place.

Meanwhile, following the mentioned works, Lee Junho and Lee Se Young's smashing hit historical drama "The Red Sleeve" placed fourth.

'Twenty Five, Twenty One' Receives Double Recognition This December

Suzy's "Anna" occupied the fifth place.

"Twenty Five, Twenty One" ranked sixth, which previously won the Best Drama Series at the Asian Academy Creative Awards.

Another drama starring Kim Go Eun, "Yumi's Cells," successfully entered the list and made it to the seventh spot.

'Extraordinary Attorney Woo' Syndrome

The legal series "Extraordinary Attorney Woo," which beat out all the outstanding masterpieces and ranked as the best drama of 2022, depicts the story of Woo Young Woo, played by Park Eun Bin, a new lawyer with a genius brain and autism spectrum disorder. It aired from the last week of June to mid-August on ENA Channel.

The program showed popularity like a syndrome on the new rising channel ENA. It imprinted the perception that the quality of content is more important than the value of the platform's name.
