'Alchemy of Souls' Episode 25: Romance Reconciliation in Songrim
Episode 25 begins with ex-lovers Jin Cho Yeon (Oh My Girl Arin) and Park Dang Gu (Yoo In Soo) who, despite the three long years, still feel extreme romantic attraction for one another.
Because everything is not in its rightful places yet, the two promise to keep their feelings to themselves first. Meanwhile, Maidservant Kim (Oh Na Ra) says yes to Park Jin's (Yoo Jun Sang) sweet marriage proposal.
On the other side of the spectrum, an indifferent Jang Uk (Lee Jae Wook) continuously rejects Jin Bu Yeon's heart (Go Yoon Jung).
Jang Uk and Jin Bu Yeon Pay Jinyowon a Visit
Since their marriage, Jang Uk and Jin Bu Yeon never set foot on Jinyowon. Jin Ho Gyeong (Park Eun Hye) then invites the newlyweds to their abode, willing to forgive the two.
Despite their indifferences, Jang Uk obliges to carry on a mission: to look for the fire bird that is used to dry up the world to retrieve another ice stone.

Feeling guilty for reliving Naksu's (Jung So Min) memories with Jang Uk, she takes off the jade stone and erases everything they've fought about before heading to Jinyowon.
At the palace, Crown Prince Go Won (Shin Seung Ho) demands to end his deal with Jin Mu (Jo Jae Yoon). However, the wise man threatens him that all his dirty deeds will be revealed to the world, including Naksu's death.
Seo Yul Learns About Jinyowon's Secret
In the previous episode, Seo Yul (Hwang Minhyun) discovers that the parasite inside his body was given to him by So Yi (Seo Hye Won).
In the latest episode, So Yi desperately asks for Jin Ho Gyeong's help to get rid of the parasite inside Seo Yul's body, which eats all of his energy that could lead to his death.

So Yi then threatens the Jinyowon leader about the real identity of her first daughter. Angered, Jin Go Hyeong locks her up.
A man working for So Yi asks for Seo Yul's help, and relays her message about Jin Bu Yeon. Seo Yul then learns that Mu Deok is the real Jin Bu Yeon, and that Jin Bu Yeon is the real Naksu.
