Besides their stunningly gorgeous visuals, the singer-actresses left a mark and entertainment the crowd with their unique acceptance speech. At the annual ceremony, both stars took home an award.

Choi Soo Young was recognized for her performance in "Fanletter, Please" while YoonA was for her remarkable acting in the hit drama series "Big Mouth."

Interestingly, the two Girls' Generation members showed not just their beauty but also their wit.

Held on December 30, stars gathered at a spectacular event as the ceremony recognized the MBC series that made a mark throughout the year.

For this year, Choi Soo Young not only charmed the audience with her hosting skills but also showcased her closeness with fellow Girls' Generations member YoonA.

It was after the 32-year-old beauty won Excellence Award for Short-Form or Daily Drama along with Seo Ha Joon of "The Secret House."

During her acceptance speech expressed her gratitude for choosing her to win the category.

Interestingly, the camera panned to YoonA who was admiring her friend from afar.

However, Sooyoung made the crowd laugh after teasing YoonA, showing their genuine friendship.

"Yoona, this is the moment you can cry now," she said. On the other hand, after hearing it, Yoona acted as if she was crying.

Choi Sooyoung even joked that she will also do the same and will be emotional if her fellow Girls' Generation members will receive recognition.

As the ceremony continues, it was YoonA's turn to accept not one but two awards.

Besides winning the Best Couple with Lee Jong Suk, the 32-year-old "Big Mouth" star bagged the Top Excellence Award for Miniseries together with Yook Sungjae "The Golden Spoon."

Remembering her promise, Sooyoung jokingly cried beside the stage as YoonA deliver her speech.

The duo's interaction at the MBC Drama Awards 2022 causes a frenzy as fans took to Twitter and expressed how they love the two.

Over social media, fans pointed out the genuine friendship between the two while some dubbed Sooyoung as the "affectionately annoying sister."

From winning an award to upcoming projects, it seemed like the two Girls' Generation members are booked and busy in the coming year.

After MBC's "Big Mouth" YoonA is back to the small screen to headline one of 2023's highly anticipated series "King the Land."

She will act alongside Lee Jun Ho in the new rom-com helmed by Im Hyun Wook of "People You May Know" and "Reflection of You."

In addition, the singer-actress is also in talks for the new drama "Planners Capital."

For Sooyoung, she is in talks to star in "NamNam" together with award-winning actress Jeon Hye Jin of "Stranger 2."
