‘School 2017’ Cast Update 2023: Seol In Ah & Jang Dong Yoon To Star in New K-Drama
Six years after it ended, the cast members of the campus series "School 2017" became busy with their solo careers. This 2023, Kim Sejeong, Kim Jung Hyun, and more are confirmed to make their return with new projects.
Jang Dong Yoon and Seol In Ah will reunite as they are booked to lead a new romance K-drama.
Kim Sejeong
Among the cast members, Kim Sejeong has been the most active star in 2022. She was booked with lots of activities - from hosting, fan meetings, to stage performances, and drama appearances.
This 2023, her amazing journey will continue as she is expected to reprise her iconic role in the action-fantasy series "Uncanny Counter Season 2."

The idol-actress might also produce new songs anytime this year. Recently, she bagged the Best Actress Award at the 2022 SBS Drama Awards for her performance in "Business Proposal," where she reunited with "School 2017" co-star Seol In Ah.
Kim Jung Hyun
After his two-year hiatus, Kim Jung Hyun is ready to face the public again in the first half of 2023. He will headline the new fantasy series "Season of Kkokdu," also known as "Kkokdu: Season of Deity."

The actor takes the role of Kok Du, who turned into a cold and cruel grim reaper as punishment for his action.
In order to end the curse, he needs to lead dead spirits to the afterworld. Every 99 years, he comes down to Earth and possesses a human body that looks exactly like him.
Kim Jung Hyun will team up with Im Soo Hyang in his first drama this year.
Seol In Ah
The singer-actress will have a bold transformation with her upcoming K-drama "Oasis."
Aside from the fact that it will be her next series following "Business Proposal," it also marks her long-awaited reunion with "School 2017" co-star Jang Dong Yoon.
"Oasis" tells the story of three young adults who fight fiercely to achieve their dreams and protect their friendship as well as their first love. The drama is set in the backdrop of South Korea from 1980 to 1990.
The drama released its teaser showcasing the complicated journey of the main characters. "Oasis" is about to meet the viewers beginning in March.
Jang Dong Yoon
2023 is indeed a busy year for Jang Dong Yoon. Aside from his drama reunion with Seol In Ah, he is confirmed for four projects this year. The actor will star in "My Man is Cupid," "Morning Comes in Psychiatric Ward," "Long D," and "After."
