‘Crash Course in Romance’ Episodes 1-2: Jung Kyung Ho & Jeon Do Yeon Different Worlds Collide
Netflix's newest rom-com series "Crash Course in Romance" officially made its debut. With their opposite worlds, Jung Kyung Ho and Jeon Do Yeon's first encounter led them to more unexpected meetings.
'Crash Course in Romance' Episode 1: Choi Chi Yeol Involved in Dating Rumor With Student
Parents lined up to enroll their children in the Math genius teacher Choi Chi Yeol's (Jung Kyung Ho) class. He is known as the God of Mathematics and is loved by many due to his incredible teaching skill.
However, his successful career lies behind his poor health, which started when he got entangled in an accident that caused him trauma.
Work is the most important thing for Choi Chi Yeol and barely has a good relationship with others due to his personality. Thanks to his assistant, Ji Dong Hee (Shin Jae Ha), everything runs smoothly.
Unfortunately, the professor got involved in a rumor because of his obsessed student-turned-fan who entered his apartment. It gave Chi Yeol another traumatic experience, which badly affected his health.
On his way home after he got a dose of vitamins, he mistook Nam Jae Woo (Oh Eui Sik) for a stalker and tried to get rid of his phone to delete his photos. Jae Woo's sister Nam Haeng Seon (Jeon Do Yeon) immediately intervenes to save her brother, who has special needs.
Nam Haeng Seon began to chase Choi Chi Yeol to get her brother's phone. When he checks the phone, the professor doesn't see any suspicious images and feels guilty for what he did.
In the middle of the chase, the phone gets broken by Chi Yeol, which made Haeng Seon angry.

The next day, Ji Dong Hee bought a meal at Nam Haeng Seon's shop for Choi Chi Yeol. The professor loved it and wanted to buy more.
Unfortunately, he discovered that the owner of it was the lady he fought with.
'Crash Course in Romance' Episode 2: Nam Haeng Seon Ready To Risk It All For Nam Hae E
Despite being busy with his job at the Banchan shop and taking care of her brother, Nam Haeng Seon forgot to fulfill her duty to Nam Hae E (Roh Yoon Seo). Her adopted daughter burst into tears as she wants to be in Choi Chi Yeol's class.
After contemplating, Nam Haeng Seon joined other parents and lined up to enroll her daughter in the prestigious review center.
Meanwhile, Choi Chi Yeol hides his identity to buy another meal from Nam Haeng Seon's Banchan shop. The owner gets suspicious of him, but the Math genius was able to disguise himself.
He overheard that Nam struggles to make money just to fix her brother's phone. Chi Yeol, who gets guilty of what he did, asks for his assistant to buy a new phone.
The next day, while in disguise again, Chi Yeol handed the phone to Nam Seong Heon and said it was a spare gadget from his generous friend. Due to his kind gesture, Kim Young Joo (Lee Bong Ryun) thought that he was into her friend Nam Seong Heon.
However, Nam Jae Woo remembers Choi Chi Yeol, and so the Math teacher got busted and confronted by Nam Seong Heon.
