THIS ‘Physical: 100’ Cast Won First in All Challenges

Netflix's "Physical: 100" is taking the world by storm after entering the platform's top 10 TV shows worldwide.

From grueling challenges and death-defying rounds, the participants endured all these to prove their great strength, stamina, and agility to win the cash prize of 300 million KRW (approximately 245,000 USD).

Interestingly, one "Physical: 100" star not just won the game but came in first in all challenges!

The Netflix reality show pits 100 contestants, which includes special forces soldiers, athletes, Olympians, fitness influencers, and basically strong individuals against each other to see who among them would win the coveted prize.

Dubbed as the real-life "Squid Game," "Physical: 100" participants must survive the challenges to advance to the next round.

Amazingly, one contestant managed to not just win the game but came first in all challenges. He is none other than Kim Min Cheol, a mountain rescuer and part of the national ice climber team! 

During the introduction, he shared a glimpse of his work as a mountain climber and said that they would climb with backpacks weighing around about 10 to 15kg during their mission.

"So we have to be strong and have balance," he added. This is the reason he won first in the preliminary challenge.

Before the first game, contestants must survive the "hanging challenge." The last contestant hanging in the steel bar wound win the game. Kim Min Cheol lasted for 18 minutes and 15 seconds.

As for the first game, he chose to have a match with national team diver Kim Ji Wook. The duo got into an intense fight, but he overpowered his opponent.

Game 2 featured choosing their groupmates and landed in Choo Sung Hoon's team. They managed to win the "Moving Sand" challenge against the group headed by Tarzan by finishing a record of 13 minutes and 34 seconds.

It was followed by another team game. This time, Choo Sung Hoon's team partnered with Jo Jin Hyeong's team to move the 1.5-ton ship. They won the game, along with Ma Sun Ho and Yun Sung Bin's team.

Meanwhile, Kim Min Cheol shone in game 3, where 20 contestants split into four teams, and had to finish five different games. Given his strength and background, Kim Min Cheol, he chose the climbing challenge. 

Called "The Wings of Icarus," participants needed to climb a rope repeatedly until one person left climbing. In his case, Kim Min Cheol effortlessly won the challenge and mentioned in the interview that he could last more minutes on the rope.

'Physical: 100' Top 5

Kim Min Cheol will advance into the final quest. Joining him in the Top 5 is fitness enthusiast Jo Jin Hyeong, Korean national team luger Park Jin Yong, and crossfit athlete Woo Jin Yong.

Meanwhile, the final round in game 4 is up against Winter Olympic Gold Medalist Yun Sung Bin and professional cyclist Jung Hae Min.
