‘Dr Romantic 3’ Cast Update: tvN Reveals Lee Shin Young, Lee Hong Nae’s Characters in the Upcoming Sequel
As SBS gears up for the highly anticipated release of "Dr. Romantic 3" new cast members Lee Shin Young and Lee Hong Nae join lead stars Han Seok Kyu, Lee Sung Kyung, and Ahn Bo Hyun for the drama's third installment.

Lee Shin Young, Lee Hong Nae Joins Dolham Hospital
With only weeks away from the "Dr. Romantic 3" release date, the network revealed what to expect about the cast lineup especially with the new roles joining the sequel.
Lee Shin Young's agency, Forest Entertainment, officially announced that the actor confirmed his appearance in the upcoming medical K-drama.
The 25-year-old actor took on the role of Jang Dong Hwa, the youngest doctor at Doldam Hospital.
In "Dr. Romantic 3" viewers will get to see his character as the typical millennial who pursues a free way of life while in his third-year medical student.
With this, he will be working alongside the legendary Teacher Kim, played by Han Seok Kyu.
In addition, the show will also feature his on-screen chemistry with his seniors, Cha Eun Jae and Seo Woo Jin, played by Lee Sung Kyung and Ahn Bo Hyun.

Interestingly, this will be Lee Shin Young's first medical K-drama which is set to draw excitement from viewers.
To recall, the 25-year-old actor has appeared in several notable K-dramas like "Crash Landing on You" where he played one of the soldiers under Hyun Bin, and also appeared in "Rookie Cops" as well as headlining the series "Bite Sisters" with Kang Han Na.
Besides "Dr. Romantic 3," Lee Shin Young will also star in the upcoming drama series "Boss-dol Mart" with Monsta X's Hyungwon and EXO's Xiumin.
Like Lee Shin Young, Lee Hong Nae will also become a part of the Doldam Hospital staff.
The 33-year-old actor took on the role of Lee Seon Woong, Doldam's military doctor who is armed with spirit and passion.
The news was confirmed by his agency, which hinted at the actor's new role.
"Lee Hong Nae, a rookie who caused a sensation with her overwhelming acting and impressive mask, has confirmed her appearance in SBS' new Friday-Saturday drama "Dr. Romantic."
Viewers might be familiar with the actor as he also appeared in "The King of the Desert" and "Inspector Koo."
'Dr. Romantic 3' Release Date and Where to Watch
With all the news about the much-awaited medical K-drama, "Dr. Romantic 3" will air this April after the finale of Lee Je Hoon's drama "Taxi Driver 2."
This means that the medical series will air every Friday and Saturday, through SBS.
