On March 20, the 38-year-old actress surprised her millions of followers with a pre-nuptial shoot with her longtime boyfriend, Se7en, whose real name is Choi Dong Wook.
Along with the heartwarming photos, she admitted on her post that she is "shy" to announce the new milestone in her life, and "pondered a lot" how she "should share the news" with her fans.
In Lee Dae Hae's Instagram caption, she revealed that they vowed to become "husband and wife from a long-term couple" in May.
"I will become more considerate and a bigger supporter of 'him,' who gave me big happiness by staying by my side and now will be my forever companion," she added.
Before concluding her post, the actress said that she will be thrilled and will be a huge happiness for them if they can get married with the love and blessings from fans.
The same goes for the K-pop star, who described Lee Da Hae as someone who has "always embraced" him with love as they share "joy and sorrow together for the past eight years."

Lee Da Hae is a Korean-Australian actress who is best known for her roles in the 2010 K-drama "The Slave Hunters," "Iris 2," as well as MBC's "East of Eden," and of course, the mega-hit rom-com "My Girl."
Her last K-drama was the 2018 rom-com series "Nice Witch" with Ryu Soo Young, Bae Soo Bin, and Ahn Woo Yeon.
Meanwhile, Lee Da Hae's fiance is a known K-pop star, who has wowed fans with his dance performances, like the 2003 song "Come back to me," followed by Passion" in 2004 and "Crazy."
