The cast and director of the much-anticipated film "Kill Bok Soon" gathered on the morning of March 21, for a media press conference. The event occurred at the Grand InterContinental Parnas in Samsung-dong, Seoul.
Lead stars Jeon Do Yeon, Seol Kyung Gu, Esom, Kim Si A, Goo Kyu Hwan, and the brilliant mind behind the project, Director Byung Sung Hyun, were all present at the gathering.
"Kill Bok Soon" is an action-thriller movie that follows the journey of a legendary assassin Gil Bok Soon. She was entangled in a complicated confrontation of either killing others before renewing her contract with her company or being killed.
Jeon Do Yeon Reveals Agreeing To Star in 'Kill Bok Soon' Without Reading the Script
At the press conference, Jeon Do Yeon shared her feelings agreeing to headline the project.
"I was happy when receiving the casting offer. I had never chosen a work without reading the script. But this time, I was so enthusiastic that I hesitated a little before choosing it right away."
According to the award-winning actress, she was even more surprised that there were a lot of action scenes in the script. She even asked herself if she can really do well in doing such difficult stunts.
Later on, it fueled her to show her best as it is also her first action genre film.

The celebrity also told the press she would continue to perform many action scenes in the future.
Meanwhile, Director Byung Sung Hyun, who is known and loved by many for his directing, unique character narratives, and solid storytelling, has finally returned with "Kill Bok Soon." This will be his first project this 2023 following "Kingmaker" in 2022.
The upcoming Netflix movie is getting keen interest as it also stars brilliant actors in the Korean film industry. They are known for having extraordinary and distinctive acting skills.

Adding to the movie's early achievement, "Kill Bok Soon" is officially invited to the Berlinale Special section at the 73rd Berlin International Film Festival, attracting attention from viewers around the world even before its debut.
"Kill Bok Soon" will finally meet the audience starting March 31 on Netflix.
