Yoo Yeon Seok Rude to Security Guard? Agency to File Legal Action Against Accuser Despite Apology
Yoo Yeon Seok is creating a major buzz online after the actor was accused of disrespecting a security guard and allegedly abusing his power.
As mentioned by a media outlet, the "Hospital Playlist" star was the subject of the online post where the uploader detailed how the author's father was humiliated by the actor.
Yoo Yeon Seok's Rudeness Towards Security Gains Online Attention
In a post, it says that the father works as a security guard at a building where Yoo Yeon Seok lives. Moreover, the uploader claimed that the "Narco-Saints" star was rude and ignored him many times.
In addition, the post also mentioned that the security guard would hear the actor along with his friends insulting him. This is also the reason why he quit his job because of the shame he would feel every time he sees the actor.
Yoo Yeon Seok's Agency Announces Plan to Take Legal Action Against False Claims
Immediately after the post circulated online, Yoo Yeon Seok's agency, King Kong by Starship, released a statement addressing the controversy involving the 38-year-old celebrity.
Expressing their official stance towards the incident, the label pointed out that after "checking facts" they have confirmed that the online post against the actor is "completely groundless."

Moreover, the talent agency also announced that they are looking into filing a legal complaint regarding the malicious post.
"We plan to file a complaint against the poster for defamation through stating false information. We have already hired a lawyer and are preparing for strong legal action," the statement reads.
Lastly, Yoo Yeon Seok's agency advises the public to "refrain from distributing any groundless rumors or speculative posts" about the issue.
With the warning expressed by the actor's camp, the uploader apologized for posting such claims, adding that the reason why the person rant out the claims is because of "jealousy."
According to a different media outlet, the author of the post is envious of what the actor has been accomplishing in his career.
In addition, the person, who hadn't met Yoo Yeon Seok, mentioned that they did not expect that the post will blow up and reach the actor's agency.
"I have never met him, but I think he must be an actor with a good personality full of consideration," the uploader said.
Following the person's apology, King Kong by Starship stood firmly with their decision to plan to file a complaint against the person.
Yoo Yeon Seok has been in the industry since 2008 after joining as one of the supporting actors in the medical K-drama "General Hospital 2." He started his career as a theater actor but also tried his luck on screen.
Interestingly, he rose to stardom after landing the lead role in "Reply 1994" back in 2013 along with Go Ah Ra, Jung Woo, and more.
From then on, viewers continue to see Yoo Yeon Seok dominating the small screen with interesting characters which include "Hospital Playlist," "Narco-Saints" and his recent "The Interest of Love" with Moon Ga Young.
