'Divorce Attorney Shin' Episode 8: Shin Sung Han Makes Radio Show Appearance
Shin Sung Han appears on a radio show, thanks to Bang Ho Yeong's (Yoo Ju Hye) help, he wants Ma Chun Seok (Choi Jae Sup) to get as much attention as his wife is getting. However, his plan of appearing on the platform did not succeed as he received backlash from the public.
Park Yu Seok (Jeon Bae Su) introduces Yeong Ju to Choi Ju. When they ask him about Sung Han, Choi Jun demands Yu Seok's position in the company in exchange for the information, as he knows they would never give him what he wants.

Later on, Choi Jun shares the meeting with Shin Shun Han and Hyeong Geun (Kim Sung Kyun). Giving them his loyalty.
Lee Seo Jin Receives Offer to Return to Radio Hosting
Meanwhile, Lee Seo Jin receives an offer from her former director to return to the radio show. The director wants her to host the night show, but Seo Jin wants to take the morning show that she used to host.
Jo Jeong Sik (Jung Moon Sung) talks to Ho Yeong about the lady he likes. Hyeong Geun asks to borrow Jo Jeong Sik's car. He was reluctant at first but decided to accompany him when he finds out that Yu Seok is representing Chun Seok's wife, Dinh Thi Hoa (Huong).
Ma Chun Seok and Dinh Thi Hoa's Case Continues
At the court, Dinh Thi Hoa claims that Chun Seok gets angry when she tells him she'll be returning to Vietnam with their son. She added that her husband started breaking things and hitting her with a baseball bat.
On the other hand, Chun Seok tells Sung Han that Dinh Thi Hoa wanted to give up permanent residency and leave for Vietnam with their son. He confessed that he got angry and broke things, but he never hit her.
Meanwhile, Hyeong Geun and Jeong Sik travel to Haenam and meet a pharmacist who told them that Chun Seok assaulted Dinh Thi Hoa.
After one case, Lee Seo Jin, Choi Jun, and Shin Sung Han discuss Min Jeong's (Lee Yoon Soo) case. Min Jeong's husband mixed lies and truth to win everyone's trust and doesn't care about his wife's condition. She was starting to recover but began to feel worse after knowing that her husband's niece was his daughter.
Hyeong Geun discovered new information and found out that Dinh Thi Hoa is meeting with other men. He wanted to warn Chun Seok about it since he has been working hard to support her and their child.
Later on, at the court, as the discussion continued, Shin Sung Han demanded a paternity test on Dinh Thi Hoa to confirm if Ma Chun Seok is the real father. Yu Seok was shocked by what Shin Sung Han said.
