Gong Hyo Jin a South Korean actress, is trending once again after her fans noticed that she had become slimmer than before on her latest social media post, following several speculations of her being pregnant, which resulted in her physical change.

On May 23, Gong took to her Instagram account to post a picture of herself and captioned, "Day off." In the picture posted, the South Korean actress could be seen wearing a gray knit outfit paired with her signature sunglasses. Korean media outlets described her latest appearance as noticeably thinner, sparking renewed public discussion about her weight and health.

According to Koreaboo, the attention surrounding Gong's appearance intensified because the actress had previously spoken openly about her diet and fitness routine earlier this year. In April, Gong revealed through social media that she had been using a diet supplement while maintaining a low-carb, high-fat eating plan.

Before sharing details about her routine, Gong explained her approach to managing her diet and maintaining her desired figure.

"This is the best I can do while compromising with a low-carb, high-fat diet... It's supposed to do something about the sugar that goes into my mouth...? I've been taking it consistently since last Chuseok, and I reached the weight I wanted. And there's no yo-yo effect."

The actress also spoke candidly about struggling with strict dieting methods and explained why the supplement appealed to her personally.

"For people like me who lack willpower and can't do starvation diets, and people who find it hard to resist sugar."
