Director Hong Sang-soo and actress Kim Min-hee were recently photographed spending time together during a weekend outing in Hanam, Gyeonggi Province, drawing renewed attention to the couple's long-running relationship and growing family life.

According to South Korean outlet Xports News, the pair were seen near the Misa area of Hanam on Friday. Footage obtained by the publication showed Hong pushing a stroller while walking casually through the neighborhood. The acclaimed filmmaker was dressed in relaxed clothing and sunglasses as he maneuvered the stroller with one hand while looking around the area.
Kim followed several steps behind him, wearing loose-fitting clothing and a hat. The actress appeared makeup-free and kept a low profile during the outing, which local media described as part of the couple's ordinary weekend parenting routine.
The sighting comes only weeks after reports confirmed that Hong and Kim welcomed a child together earlier this year. The couple has remained one of South Korea's most talked-about celebrity pairings since publicly acknowledging their relationship in 2017.

According to Naver's coverage, Hong and Kim first met while working on the 2015 film Right Now, Wrong Then, directed by Hong and starring Kim in a leading role. Their professional collaboration later developed into a romantic relationship that sparked widespread public scrutiny because Hong was married at the time.
In 2017, the pair openly addressed their relationship during a press conference for the film On the Beach at Night Alone. Since then, they have continued working together on multiple independent film projects while largely avoiding public discussion about their private lives.
Hong previously filed for divorce mediation with his wife, but the request was dismissed by the court. He later lost a divorce lawsuit and eventually dropped his appeal, leaving him legally married under South Korean law.
Despite the controversy surrounding their relationship, Hong and Kim have continued their creative partnership. Earlier this month, Hong released his latest film, The Day She Came Back, which he directed, wrote and produced. Kim reportedly participated in the project as production manager.
The latest public appearance has since generated widespread online discussion, with many social media users commenting on the couple's quiet domestic routine and continued collaboration both on and off screen.
