This March, Lee Shin Young made his silver screen debut through the sports movie "Rebound," where he played as Cheon Ki Beom. After the release of his project, he participated in an interview on March 31, where he shared more about himself and his career plans.

The "Crash Landing on You" star shared that back in his teenage years, he was preparing to audition to become a model. He was desperate at that time but learned that walking through the runway could be difficult if you have a short height. It became his hindrance in pursuing his dream. He even wanted to put his model photos in his room and watched fashion show videos every day.
But even though he experienced challenges, Lee Shin Young remained resilient and tried again. However, when he returned, his agency recommended he try acting, and that was the beginning of his beautiful acting journey.

He hesitated at first, saying, "I had a lot of thoughts about what kind of job I should choose to work as a model, but as I acted, I had a chance to become a model."
After his acting debut, Lee Shin Young was allowed to shoot a pictorial. At that moment, he felt empty and frustrated as it was his big dream to become a model, and had a hard time achieving it, but it was the opposite of how he easily pursued acting.
Due to this, he decided to abandon modeling and just focus more on his current career.

As his face becomes more apparent due to his projects, some people claim that Lee Shin Young has a resemblance to award-winning actor Kim Soo Hyun.
Interestingly, the "Rookie Cops" star heard about it and humbly responded, "After hearing from people around me that I look like Kim Soo Hyun, I can't believe I look like such a handsome actor, who is also excellent in acting. I am grateful for the compliments."
When asked about his role model, he immediately mentioned Son Seok Gu. Lee Shin Young said that he is always fascinated to see his acting and even wonders if he can achieve that kind of presence as an actor.
Meanwhile, Lee Shin Young will make his drama comeback through the upcoming SBS medical series "Dr. Romantic 3."
