'Divorce Attorney Shin' Episode 12: Shin Sung Han Secures Custody of His Nephew
Shin Sung Han requested the suspension of Ma Geum Hui's (Cha Hwa Yeon) divorce suit. After learning that the reason why Ma Geum Hui tried to divorce was to protect her nephew Seo Gi Yeong (Kim Joon Eui), who is suffering from severe childhood depression, the divorce lawsuit was suspended.
However, he strengthened his must-win strategy to win a lawsuit to bring custody of his nephew.
As the story progressed, the key issue in the nephew custody lawsuit was whether Shin Sung Han, the uncle, could raise Seo Gi Yeong better than his biological father. Shin Sung Han together with his best friends Jang Hyeong Geun (Kim Sung Kyun) and Jo Jeong Sik (Jung Moon Sung) had their tradition of celebrating one's success. They went for a drink and were happy that Shin Sung Han finally got his revenge for his late sister.
Meanwhile, Lee Seo Jin (Han Hye Jin) also regained her influence and can confidently work without hesitation. Her relationship with her son also got better.
