Uhm Jung Hwa

Born in 1969, Uhm Jung Hwa is a hall of famer star who dominated the South Korean cinema as well as the performing stage during her prime years.

This time, she returned to the small screen with the medical rom-com series "Doctor Cha," which received a high rating of 7% with its first two episodes.

The 53-year-old star plays Cha Jung Sook, a homemaker who unexpectedly continues practicing her medical professions from the beginning as a first year resident. While her age is evidently shown on screen, Uhm Jung Hwa's performance is as stellar as ever.

Jeon Do Yeon

Jeon Do Yeon stirred massive buzz online with her show-stopping performance as an assassin in the titular Netflix film "Kill Bok Soon."

She is a hitman for hire who's a loving mother during the day. Jeon Do Yeon's intriguing film topped Netflix's Top 10 in various countries like South Korea, the Philippines, Vietnam and more just after three days of its release.
