Everyone was stunned to discover Cha Eun Jae's father, especially Seo Woo Jin.

On the other hand, tension rose after Kim Sa Bu wanted Jin Man out of the trauma center. It was after he displayed doubt about the hospital's expansion, especially using it despite having no inspection.

As for Kim Sa Bu and the team, it is a life-or-death situation, and they must fulfill their responsibilities as doctors.

One of the highlights in "Dr. Romantic 3" episode 2 were the challenges they faced treating the patients who are North Koreans.

Amid the peace talks with the North, the government wanted the patients out of the hospital since billions of won are at stake in the negotiation.

However, Kim Sa Bu insisted on continuing to treat the patients regardless of who they were.

Unfortunately, an unexpected incident happened after the hospital administrator, Mr. Jang, failed to remind the staff that the building would have its electricity shut down. Due to this, Kim Sa Bu's emergency surgery almost got interrupted.

On the other hand, Seo Woo Jin was pissed at his junior, Jang Dong Hwa, who was nowhere to be found in the middle of the situation.

After learning that he had ditched his post, Seo Woo Jin tried to look for him around the hospital; however, he found Jang Dong Hwa being held hostage by a North Korean patient.

Thankfully, he managed to save the rookie doctor from getting stabbed.

As for Kim Sa Bu, they had a successful operation after the electricity went back to normal.

In the last scene, Kim Sa Bu was contemplating whether the trauma center would be operational and help cater to more patients.
