Park So Dam Reunites With Former Co-Stars and Real-Life Friends Shin Goo & Cho Dal Hwan

In the recent broadcast of "Star Documentary My Way" aired on April 30, the daily lives of actors Lee Sun Jae, Park Jung Ha, Shin Goo, and Kim Sung Nyeo who have been in the Korean theater for more than three decades were revealed. 

Veteran actor Shin Goo talked about meeting "Record of Youth" star Park So Dam on the set of "The Student and Mister Henri." He revealed that ever since they met, they became drinking buddies.

Park So Dam reunited with the veteran actor and Cho Dal Hwan in a dinner gathering and boasted a warm and friendly atmosphere. The trio met while performing in the play "The Student and Mister Henri" and worked together for six years.

Shin Goo proudly shared, "Even after performing in various dramas and plays up to my current age, I've never had a team that I could meet up with, have dinner and drinks with, and continue to meet after the end of production."

When they asked about their age difference, the veteran actor jokingly said, "Do we really need to reveal it?" Cho Dal Hwan on the other hand explained that in a drinking setting, the three of them are all the same age. He added that they talk about acting almost every day. 

Park So Dam shared, "They listen to my concerns like true friends and give me great advice."

The "Kairos" actor said that whenever he is with young people, he feels like receiving fresh energy from them, "The fact that I can hear and experience the language being used and their way of life is a huge advantage."

It has been said that Shin Goo was one of the first to congratulate Park So Dam on her award for "Parasite."

The actress shared that Shin Goo reminded her to always be humble, "Forget about the award and stay humble." She added that the veteran actor became very excited and was really happy for her.

Shin Goo sweetly remarked, "I'll live long enough to see more of your successes."

Cho Dal Hwan added that when good or bad things happen, gathering together allows them to share the good and overcome the bad they are experiencing in life.
