On the official Instagram of SBS, the lead stars showcased their undeniable chemistry, with Lee Sung Kyung teasing Ahn Hyo Seop while in front of the photo booth.
The same goes for the male lead, who seemed up for the challenge and comfortable around his co-star.
Sparking the duo's romantic experience in the upcoming episodes, fans mentioned how Lee Sung Kyubng and Ahn Hyo Seop looked so good together.
On Twitter, the post created massive buzz as netizens gushed over the reset couple's unique chemistry.
As for some, viewers are hopeful that "Dr. Romantic 3" will feature more of their romance.
In the SBS medical K-drama, Lee Sung Kyung plays cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Cha Eun Jae, while Ahn Hyo Seop takes on the role of general surgeon Seo Woo Jin.
The two headlined season 2, replacing Yoo Yeon Seok and Seo Hyun Jin.
As seen in the second sequel, Cha Eun Jae and Seo Woo Jin had a love-hate relationship given that they had different social statuses but ended up in the same hospital, under the legendary doctor Kim Sa Bu, played by Han Suk Kyu.
Interestingly, as the third season made its debut on April 28, viewers got to see the development between the reset couple.
From being just collegues, they now lived under the same roof, not until Cha Eun Jae's father entered the picture.
'Dr. Romantic 3' Episodes 1 to 4 Highlights
One of the most highly anticipated K-dramas of 2023, "Dr. Romantic 3" did not disappoint viewers with its heartwarming scenes in every episode.
Furthermore, the medical K-drama also featured a mix of returning and new cast members, which added more excitement to the show's third installment.
As the weekend K-drama kicked off with impressive viewership ratings, "Dr. Romantic 3" also showcased remarkable stories, one of which is Kim Sa Bu's dream to establish a trauma center.

In season 2, he told the late director Yoo Woon Yeong about his mission for Doldam Hospital, which is to create a trauma center to cater to more patients.
Before Director Yoo passed away, he hoped that Teacher Kim would fulfill his wish.
As for the third season, Kim Sa Bu witnessed how the trauma center was built from scratch; unfortunately, it is still not operational but could accommodate to emergency cases.
However, the new director, Park Min Guk, wanted to hire Cha Jin Man, who turned out to be Eun Jae's father.
The plan has Kim Sa Bu's blessing, but Jin Man wants Teacher Kim out of the trauma center.
Tension rises between two great doctors and who among the Doldam staff will work at the soon-to-open trauma center.
