Myung Se Bin steals the spotlight as she plays Choi Seung Hee, a family medicine doctor who's also Kim Byung Chul's Seo In Ho's mistress.
In the previous episodes, Choi Seung Hee's eagerness to be with Seo In Ho has been drawing mixed reactions from fans.

However, before the latter landed the role, it was offered to the "Doctor Cha" star. Due to a personal issue, she declined the offer.
