Different from the tension happening in the drama "Dr. Romantic 3" lead star Lee Sung Kyung revealed the fun moments on the set of the medical series. The actress also discovered that someone is secrely filming and taking photos of her while filming.
On May 13, Lee Sung Kyung posted a short video on Instagram, along with the caption, "I didn't really feel like eating in the morning, but Teacher Jung In Soo (Yoon Na Moo) left food for me. I couldn't leave it behind, so I had to eat it."

In continuation of the short clip, the actress was wearing her doctor's gown and was eating ramyeon in the waiting room of the "Dr. Romantic 3" filming set. The "Call It Love" star humorously revealed in her caption that someone was secretly taking pictures of her somewhere.
Lee Sung Kyung and her co-stars were then seen enjoying one another's presence while on break from filming and were taking photos of each other. They also share random pictures on their respective SNS accounts.

Though she didn't particularly mention who among her colleagues secretly captured the pictures, the actress gave the public a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes stories of their drama and the cheerful atmosphere they share on the filming set.

Lee Sung Kyung portrays the role of Cha Eun Jae in the medical drama. The third installment of the series centers on Kim Sa Bu (Han Suk Kyu) and his team facing different struggles in the clinical field, including individual battles and troublesome moral quandaries, while aiming to give top-quality consideration to their patients.

"Dr. Romantic 3" made its debut on primetime last April 17. As expected, the series immediately topped the list of programs that recorded high viewership ratings during its pilot week.
On its fourth week run on May 13, according to Nielsen Korea, the drama remained the most watched-shows of any kind to air on Friday. It has been said that Lee Sung Kyung's drama scored an average score of 13. 4 percent nationwide during episode 5.
