'King the Land' to Dominate Netflix This Coming June

On May 27, Netflix surprised the public after announcing that the upcoming rom-com series "King the Land" starring 2PM's Junho and SNSD's YoonA is set to premiere on the famous online streaming giant.

Netflix shared some snaps of the previous "King the Land" script-reading featuring its star-studded cast members on its official Facebook account.

Apart from the poster and video teasers released by the drama's production team, the news of producing "King the Land" on Netflix gave fans excitement as many international viewers will have the chance to watch the series.

Lee Junho & YoonA Ready to Bring Their Chemistry To Screen

As the scheduled premiere of "King the Land" gets closer, idols-turned-actors Lee Junho and YoonA will bring something new to the table as they grace the screen with their yet-to-unveil chemistry.

After making the audience swoon with their daring stage collaboration at the MBC Gayo Daejejeon in 2021, the duo immediately gained massive support from the crowd, which ended them pairing up for a new series.

'King the Land' Teaser: Gu Won & Cheon Sa Rang Showcase Love-Hate Relationship

In the teaser provided, from their extremely different backgrounds to their opposite personalities, Gu Won and Cheon Sa Rang seem to have nothing in common and they even can't stand one another during their first meeting.

While Gu Won opposed the concept of fake smiles, Cheon Sa Rang's job environment forces her to smile even when she wishes not to, making it impossible for them to have a harmonious connection.

Interestingly, as they work in the same field and spend more time together despite their contrasts, the bickering duo begins to see each other in a new light. Their relationship from work colleagues to a more intimate connection gradually changes.

To see more of Lee Junho and YoonA's chemistry, prepare yourself to watch "King the Land" on JTBC and Netflix this coming June. Other stars to anticipate from the series are Go Won Hee, Kim Ga Eun, Kim Jae Won, and Ahn Se Ha.
