SBS continues to tease viewers with intriguing still cuts in the much-awaited "Dr. Romantic 3" episode 11.
Headlined by Han Suk Kyu as the returning Kim Sa Bu, the legendary surgeon of Doldam, along with Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Sung Kyung as Seo Woo Jin and Cha Eun Jae, the upcoming episode depicts tension between the staff and the new trauma center head.

Following the episode 10 broadcast, it showed a preview of "Dr. Romantic 3" episode 11, showing an intense confrontation between Kim Sa Bu and Cha Jin Man (Lee Kyung Young).
Kim Sa Bu was disappointed in Jin Man's action after he failed to fulfill his responsibilities as a doctor. It was after the Doldam Hospital and the newly built Trauma Center went into chaos due to a collapsed building.
Apart from the students and faculty who were affected, Assemblywoman Ko Kyung Sook and Seo Woo Jin got injured.
Seo Woo Jin, who was rescuing a professor at the time of the incident, had undergone a major operation under Kim Sa Bu.
Unfortunately, it might cause a big blow to his career, especially since the injured were his hands.
Due to this, Kim Sa Bu was furious at the new head and told him that being the head of the Trauma Center was just part of Plan B.

In the upcoming episode, the medical K-drama will uncover the dark secret of Cha Jin Man as his past slowly comes to light.
"Dr. Romantic 3" episode 11, will deliver the reason why he had a gap with his daughter, Cha Eun Jae, and the real reason behind the incident involving his son.
In the episode preview, a doctor named Woo Sang Min jumped off the top floor building. He was the CS doctor who used to work at the same hospital with Cha Jin Man. Unfortunately, he committed suicide because of Cha Eun Jae's older brother.
The doctor became the escape goat of Cha Jin Man's son; hence, it was why Cha Eun Jin refused to help the family cover this up.
"Dr. Romantic 3" episode 11 might also see Cha Jin Man pouring out his anger in front of everyone, causing tension among the staff, especially with Kim Sa Bu.
Jang Dong Hwa Uses the Opportunity to Get Close to Yoon Ah Reum
From the tension at Doldam to the lover's quarrel between Nurse Park Eun Tak and Yoon Ah Reum, Jang Dong Hwa, who seemed to like the female doctor, is seizing the moment to get close to Yoon Ah Reum.
As seen in the "Dr. Romantic 3" episode 11 teaser, he wanted Dr. Yoon to make Nurse Park jealous through him.
However, Yoon Ah Reum, seemed doubtful about Dr. Jang's idea. This situation might create more tension between Jang Dong Hwa and Park Eun Tak since the previous episode showed that they are not comfortable around each other.
