‘Dr Romantic 3’ Episode 11 Marks an All-Time High as Viewers Predict Yoo Yeon Seok’s Return at Doldam
"Dr. Romantic 3" episode 11, showcases an intense situation between Han Suk Kyu, Ahn Hyo Seop, Lee Sung Kyung, and the rest of the Doldam staff as past hunts Lee Kyung Young.
The 16-part episode medical K-drama depicts the story of a legendary surgeon named Kim Sa Bu, played by Han Suk Kyu.
He used to be a hotshot doctor in a city based hospital but chose to work at a shabby hospital in the countryside due to an incident.
Despite him opting for a peaceful workplace away from office politics, he gets reunited with his former colleague, Cha Jin Man, played by Lee Kyung Young.

After fluctuating ratings, the weekend K-drama experienced a major boost for its Friday broadcast.
According to a report, "Dr. Romantic 3," episode 11, garnered a nationwide average viewership of 15.5 percent, marking an all-time high for the season's run.

Interestingly, the medical K-drama continues to be the most watched series for its timeslot.
'Dr. Romantic 3' Episode 11 Recap
The episode began with a flashback to what happened at Hankuk University three years ago, where Cha Jin Man served as one of the professors.
An incident happened, causing a patient to die. However, the scene depicts that Cha Jin Man pinned the situation on one of his students, Woo Sang Min.
The pressure brought on by the lawsuit forced him to end his life.
Up until now, the past has come to hunt Cha Jin Man after an unidentified person left a fountain pen with the name Woo Sang Min in his office.
He asked head nurse Ms. Oh and manager Jang Gi Tae to give him the files of doctors who graduated from Hankuk University.
He narrowed it down and found Lee Sun Woong as his prime suspect. Moreover, he also learned that he used to be colleagues with Woo Sang Min and suspects that his parents might have encouraged him to threaten Dr. Cha.
With this, he asked Doldam Director Dr. Park Min Guk to suspend Dr. Lee right away.
Of course, Kim Sa Bu was confused since he didn't think that Dr. Lee would do such a thing.
Right there and then, Dr. Cha shared the incident that happened three years ago and said he was getting blamed for the fate of his student.
As for Dr. Lee, he insists that he didn't enter Dr. Cha's room. Moreover, Dr. Park and Kim Sa Bu testified that Dr. Lee didn't conceal his disability of being color blind.
Due to this, Dr. Cha thinks that everyone at Doldam is against him.
As for Dr. Lee, the brown paper bag was seen at his desk, sparking speculation about his identity.
On the other hand, viewers speculate that Yoo Yeon Seok's character, Dr. Kang Dong Joo, might be involved in the latest incident at Doldam.
It was after a familiar silhouette was featured in the teaser video.
