‘Doctor Cha’ Episode 15: Uhm Jung Hwa Chooses Between Kim Byung Chul & Min Woo Hyuk
Now that JTBC's "Doctor Cha" is about to end, Uhm Jung Hwa finds herself in a stalemate. In the penultimate episode of the series, she is set to choose between Kim Byung Chul and Min Woo Hyuk. Who will she choose? Read on to know more.
'Doctor Cha' Episode 15: Cha Jung Suk Receives Bad News
In "Doctor Cha" episode 15, Cha Jung Suk (Uhm Jung Hwa) visits Roy Kim's (Min Woo Hyuk) office for her regular check up.
It turns out that her health has been deteriorating due to her body rejecting the liver transplant she had before. She even coughed up blood, a telltale sign that she's in a bad place.
With this, Roy Kim advises her to get admitted immediately. However, Cha Jung Suk is more concerned about her patients and residency at Gusan.
Meanwhile, Seo In Ho (Kim Byung Chul) meets up with Cha Jung Suk to make her surrender the building under her name that was bought by Kwak Ae Sim (Park Joon Geum).
Unbeknownst to him, his wife's health has been declining. He continues to target her, even saying that she didn't contribute to any luxury they have today.
Cha Jung Suk's Treatment Begins
It turns out that Seo In Ho's mother has been scammed by her supposed boyfriend, leaving her in knee-deep debt.
Because of this, he is adamant on getting the building back to put it up on the market. Elsewhere, Cha Jung Suk begs her superior for a leave of absence rather than a contract termination.
Unlike others, she wants reassurance that she has a place to return to after being treated, as being a doctor is the only thing that makes her whole.

Seo In Ho, who's stressed about his mother's debt, meets up with Choi Seung Hee (Myung Se Bin) to ask for help. However, he gets surprised when she drops the truth about his wife.
This puts Seo In Ho into a spiral as everything seems to be falling apart around him. He then realizes all the bad things he has done to Cha Jung Suk, sobbing his heart out.
Meanwhile, Roy Kim surprises Cha Jung Suk, saying that he'll be her liver donor just in case she needs a new liver transplant.
Seo In Ho vs. Roy Kim
Just when Seo In Ho begins to prepare for surgery, he overhears his son Seo Jung Min (Song Ji Ho) talking about how Roy Kim is willing to donate his liver to Cha Jung Suk.
Seo In Ho grows livid and marches out the hospital to look for the other doctor. He meets up with him in a motorcycle shop. To his surprise, his wife is also present.
Cha Jung Suk is then forced to choose between Seo In Ho and Roy Kim to be her donor, raising the tension.
