Song Joong Ki Talks About Being Dad, His Relationship with His Father
As obtained by a news portal, Song Joong Ki did an interview with a Chinese media, and shared his excitement with his growing family.vDoing the interview mostly in English, the top star shared his thoughts about being a soon-to-be dad, and considered it one of the most significant parts of his life.
"Becoming a father is the most important thing in my life. I have always dreamed of becoming a father," he said.
The actor also casually talked about his father and his relationship with him. Expressing his love for his parents, Song Joong Ki shared that he "received a lot of good influence" from his father and wanted to be like him in the near future.
However, now that he is set to have a family of his own, the "Vincenzo" star expressed some "worries" about whether he could be a good father, too.
"That's why I talk to my wife every day about this topic," he said, adding, "We will do our best, and I believe we can do it."
Back in December, Song Joong Ki confirmed that he was currently dating. Through his agency, the label said that they "cannot confirm any information aside from the fact that they are dating."
It was after reports noted that the actor was dating a British woman.

A month later, the South Korean top star announced his marriage. In his official fan cafe, Song Joong Ki confirmed his relationship with Katy Louise Saunders, along with the news that they finally registered their marriage.
Along with it was the news about Katy Louise Saunders' pregnancy, which delighted the fans.
Song Joong Ki's Back-to-Back Projects
Apart from his blossoming personal life, Song Joong Ki is also booked and busy with current and upcoming projects.
In the same interview, the actor admitted that he was nervous during his Cannes Film Festival debut. However, during the overseas event, he was accompanied by his wife.
"I have to take care of my wife in the middle of the movie promotion schedule and after everything is finished," he shared.
Besides "Hopeless," Song Joong Ki will also headline the upcoming movie "Bogotá: City of the Lost," which was filmed at the height of the pandemic, and the novel-based movie "My Name Is Loh Kiwan."
