The newly premiered series has unlocked milestones after milestones within its first week. This time, the SBS horror series expresses its gratitude by a small and loving gesture.

"Revenant" follows the life of a young woman who becomes a vessel for evil spirits and a folklore professor who saves her from being taken away by supernatural entities.

During its debut, "Revenant" scored a nationwide rating of 10% and peaked at 14% across all cable channels, besting other weekend shows.

Despite its horror genre, the series appealed to both domestic and international viewers. To express their gratitude, the production unit of the series makes a small donation to families in need.

On June 30, the "Revenant" team headed by screenwriter Kim Eun Hee donated the entire script book fee to the Child Fund Korea in hopes to give the children from low income families a chance to grow up healthy in difficult environments.

The donation will also help ensure safety, hygiene and basic needs. Through this, the fans' support and the "Revenant" production unit's small gesture will ease the families' burden.

Kim Eun Hee, Kim Tae Ri, Oh Jung Se and the rest of the cast ask the public to keep anticipating what comes next in the drama, guaranteeing a show-stopping twist and turn as the story progresses.
