Kim Seon Ho To Potentially Headline New Romance K-Drama Penned By Hong Sisters
On July 3, media outlets reported that Kim Seon Ho is being courted to star in Hong Sisters' new work. The actor's agency immediately responded after the news broke out.
According to Salt Entertainment, Kim Seon Ho received an offer to lead "Can This Love Be Translated?" (working title), which will be penned by the famous Hong Sisters.
The agency added that the actor is positively considering participating in the series.
"Can This Love Be Translated?" is a romance drama that presents the story of a man who works as a translator, and meets a woman who speaks love in a completely opposite way. They misunderstand and understand each other.
Previously, the drama was first offered to Son Seok Gu and was under consideration, but later on, the actor declined.

This is expected to be the next project of the Hong Sisters following the back-to-back success of their previous damas, "Alchemy of Souls," and its second part "Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow."
Who Are The Hong Sisters?
Hong Jung Eum and Hong Mi Ran, famously known as the Hong Sisters, are the creative minds behind some of the greatest K-dramas of all time. They are screenwriters managed by Studio Dragon, one of the biggest K-content producers.
This fantastic duo has written popular rom-com dramas, such as "My Girl," "You're Beautiful," "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho," "The Greatest Love," "Master's Sun," "A Korean Odyssey," and "Hotel Del Luna."
Kim Seon Ho to Make Big Screen Return With 'Tyrant'
Meanwhile, Kim Seon Ho just made his successful silver screen debut with "The Childe." He is busy working on his next film, "Tyrant," where he will share the frame with veteran actors Cha Seung Won and Kim Kang Woo.
If he accepts the drama offer for "Can This Love Be Translated?", it will mark his small-screen comeback following his last romance series, "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha," which he considers his most memorable K-drama.
Furthermore, there's no confirmation yet who among the K-actresses will join Kim Seon Ho in the drama.
