In a report cited by a media outlet, several industry insiders shared that Lee Je Hoon gave luxury items as gifts to his team. Among the items include MacBook, watches, cameras, and luxury bags.
According to the same outlet, Company On reportedly had an "expensive get-together at the end of 2022."
Due to this, industry insiders see Lee Je Hoon as someone who knows how to "take care"and appreciate his employees.
"The gifts this time are so surprising that rumors are spreading quickly. It's not that there were no stars who gave big gifts such as cars to their managers, but it's never easy or universal to take care of each employee regardless of the amount of money," the source said, adding that "The perception that he's an actor who knows how to take care of his people has grown stronger."

As mentioned, the "Taxi Driver" star launched his one-man agency in 2021 after leaving his then-label, Saram Entertainment, after 12 years.
In a report, Lee Je Hoon created the label along with his business partners with the mission "to start a new dream."
Moreover, the one-man team has a unique meaning behind the name. COMPANY ON stands for "companion," which implies that people with different background but have the same wavelength can unite for one purpose.
In addition, besides his one-man agency, Lee Je Hoon also established the production company Hard Cut, along with CEO Kim Yoo Kyung and director Yang Kyung Mo.

Known for his versatility, may it be drama, action, or rom-com, Lee Je Hoon will surely deliver an amazing performance, just like in his recent K-drama "Taxi Driver" season 2.
Viewers were hooked with every episode of the anti-hero Kim Do Gi along with his Rainbow Taxi team.
While SBS initially confirmed that the action thriller series would return for its third season, the network is yet to announce if Lee Je Hoon and the rest of the cast will reprise their roles for "Taxi Driver" season 3.
On the other hand, Lee Je Hoon is set to appear in an interesting remake.
Based on the long-running series "Chief Inspector," his upcoming K-drama "Chief Inspector 1963" stars the actor as the main characfter, who will play the role of Park Young Han.
Lee Je Hoon's new drama is helmed by Kim Sung Hoon of "Confidential Assignment 1" and "Rampant."
According to reports, the target release date is this 2023 under MBC.
