In a report, a large steel bar accidentally fell while dismantling a part of the construction, and it smashed the car's window. The said property was Song Hye Kyo's house in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Thankfully, there were no passengers inside the vehicle, and no injuries were also reported.

Following the incident, Song Hye Kyo's agency addressed the accident and apologized for the inconvenience it caused.

Lastly, the label assured the residents that they will prioritize their concerns or feedback to avoid any similar incidents.

"We will actively seek the opinions of residents to better understand and address the issues arising from the construction process. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused," UAA said.

To recall, the property has been on the market since 2019. The detached home where the family used to reside is reportedly on the market for approximately 8.2 billion won, as mentioned by a news portal.

However, the price was reduced due to years of unsuccessful sales.

In the same outlet, Song Hye Kyo's house in Samsung Dong, Gangnam Gu, Seoul, was acquired in 2005.

LX Holdings Chairman Koo Bon Joon first purchased the house in 1985 and eventually sold it to Cha In Pyo and Shin Ae Ra in 2001 before the Hallyu star acquired it after four years.

The property used to be a detached residence but was demolished for renovation.

Apart from this, Song Hye Kyo also purchased a building in Hannam-dong, Seoul that boasts two basement floors and three upper floors.

In addition, the actress also has a slew of real estate investments outside Korea.

The South Korean star reportedly owns a luxury condominium in New York, U.S.A., amounting to approximately 1.8 million USD.
