With the meeting of "The K2" actor Ji Chang Wook and "Fight for My Way" star Kim Ji Won, the 2020 romance drama "Lovestruck in the City" has become one of the best works in Hallyu.

The K-drama superstars tickled the fans with their chemistry and up until this writing, the public are still waiting for their drama reunion.

Earlier this year, Ji Chang Wook signed in with Spring Company, the agency created by his long-term manager, after parting ways with his previous agency.

The new management opened many doors for the actor and after careful reviewing of scripts, Ji Chang Wook surprises his fans with his approaching comeback.

He is set to headline the new historical drama "Queen Woo" with "Money Heist" star Jeon Jong Seo where he plays the role of King Go Nam Mu of Han Dynasty.

Filming begins in the second half of 2023 with the intention to release it in early 2024 via TVING. Ji Chang Wook also couples up with Shin Hye Sun in "Welcome to Samdalri."

It's a life drama that follows the love story of two childhood friends who reconcile as adults, sharing their decade-worth of hardships and affection.

The drama airs in December 2023 on JTBC, following the conclusion of Park Shin Hye and Park Hyung Sik's "Doctor Slump."

Moreover, Ji Chang Wook's new film "Revolver" with "The Glory" actress Lim Ji Yeon and "Kill Boksoon" star Jeon Do Yeon has finally begun filming.

He will showcase a different side of him through his new character Andy. Details about its theatrical premiere haven't been discussed yet so stay tuned for further updates.

Like Ji Chang Wook, fan-favorite actress Kim Ji Won is also gearing up for her new romance drama with Kim Soo Hyun.

Originally, "Queen of Tears" was set to premiere as a tvN weekend series in December after the conclusion of Park Eun Bin's "Castaway Diva."

Due to some changes within the lineup, the composition of the work was changed and is now moved to 2024 in order to give way to works that have wrapped up their production.

At the moment, Kim Ji Won's "Queen of Tears" is currently polishing up some intricate details in the work to meet the fans with a high quality production.

With that said, "Queen of Tears" follows the life of a married couple who get through a bunch of crises that test their love and loyalty to one another.
